Statement of Faith

We believe the Bible to be the inspired written word of God, the infallible rule of faith and practice.

We believe that there is one living and true God, creator of heaven and earth, things visible and invisible, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the Deity of Jesus Christ, God’s only begotten Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin. His sinless life, His vicarious death on the cross for sin, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return and rule of His Kingdom on earth in power and glory.

We believe Salvation to be wholly by grace, through repentance of sin and faith in Jesus Christ. We believe that all who do so through regeneration by the Holy Spirit experience the new birth and become overcomers through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, which enable all believers to live victorious lives.

We believe in the Holy Ordinances of the Church, Baptism [by immersion] and the Lord’s Supper. We believe that these two ordinances should be observed and administered until the return of Jesus Christ.

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
